The short version: Pocket Ashley and The Brotherhood come with 30 days to change your mind, The Bridge is not refundable but your seat can move once, the one to one can be cancelled before it starts for most of your money back, the thirteen weeks is the thirteen weeks, and if I fail to deliver you are covered.
Give it a month. If it has not earned its place in your life by then, email me within 30 days of your first payment and I will refund that payment in full. You do not have to explain yourself and there is no form.
I ask for a month rather than a week because it takes a few weeks of talking to it before it really knows you, and that is the part worth paying for. Judging it on day three is judging the wrong thing.
After that first 30 days it is a rolling subscription. Cancel whenever you like and it runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. I do not refund part-months, and I do not quietly keep charging you once you have cancelled.
Come to at least one group call. If after that it is not for you, email me within 30 days of your first payment and I will refund that payment in full. No form, no argument.

There are no refunds on The Bridge.
Ten seats. When you take one, I turn another man away, and the room is built around the ten people in it.
And the honest reason: wanting to pull out in the weeks before it starts is usually the exact pattern this is built for. It often shows up hardest in the men who need it most.
If your life genuinely gets in the way before it starts, tell me and your seat moves to the next cohort, once, at no cost. Once it has started there is no refund or move, whether you come to the calls or not. If you are on the payment plan, all three payments are owed.
If I cannot run it, you get a full refund. That one is on me.
If you cancel before we begin, meaning before the 90-minute deep dive, I refund what you have paid, less one part I keep:
When you take a place, I turn other people away, and I cannot get that time back. That part covers it.
Once the deep dive has happened, you are buying thirteen weeks, not twelve appointments. There are no refunds for changing your mind, or for sessions you do not attend. If you are on the payment plan, the full amount is owed for the thirteen weeks regardless of how many sessions you use.
Rescheduling: 24 hours notice and we move it, no problem. Less than that, or a no-show, and the session is used.
If I cancel and cannot find another time, that session is replaced or refunded. That one is on me.
No refunds. If you cannot make it, tell me before the session starts and I will move you to the next month's, once.
Still Saturdays, the 11-Minute Reset and the scorecard cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Unsubscribe whenever you like.
