Breathwork and coaching are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a substitute for either. Nothing here diagnoses or treats a condition, and I am not a doctor or a licensed therapist.
If you are under the care of a professional, keep them. If something in this work brings up more than it settles, that is a signal to bring a professional in, not to push harder.
Breathwork can be physically intense. Do not practise while driving, in water, or anywhere a dizzy spell would be dangerous. Speak to your doctor first if you are pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, epilepsy, high blood pressure, a history of seizures, aneurysm, retinal detachment, recent surgery, or a psychiatric condition where dissociation is a risk. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for your own health decisions.
Unshakeable with Ashley runs for thirteen weeks and includes twelve weekly 90-minute sessions, two deep somatic breathwork sessions, a written summary after every session, WhatsApp access between sessions, and a 90-minute deep dive before we begin.
You can secure your place with a deposit of $500 or £500, which comes off the total, or by paying in full or by instalments.
Before the 90-minute deep dive, I refund what you have paid less one part I keep: the deposit if you paid one; otherwise 10% of the full price if you paid in full, or 10% of the instalment you have paid. Holding a place means turning other people away. See Refunds.
If you are on the payment plan, the full amount is owed for the thirteen weeks regardless of how many sessions you use.
Give me 24 hours and we will move a session. Less than that, or a no-show, and the session is used. Life happens, but thirteen weeks is thirteen weeks.
Once the deep dive has happened, you are buying the thirteen weeks, not twelve appointments. There are no refunds for changing your mind, or for sessions you do not attend.
If I cancel and cannot reschedule, that session is replaced or refunded. That is on me, not you.
Eight weekly group calls for up to ten men, run live on the dates shown on the page when you buy. Access is for you alone. Please do not share the call links, the recordings, or the materials.
The Bridge is not refundable. If your life genuinely gets in the way before it starts, your seat can move to the next cohort, once, at no cost. Once it has started there is no refund or move, whether you attend or not. If you are on the payment plan, all three payments are owed. If I cannot run it, you get a full refund. See Refunds.
Both are monthly or yearly subscriptions. Cancel whenever you like and access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Each comes with 30 days from your first payment to change your mind; for The Brotherhood that is after coming to at least one group call. See Refunds.
Prices are whatever is shown on the page at the time you buy. Founding members keep their price for as long as they stay.
Paid per session. No refunds, but if you tell me before the session starts I will move you to the next month's, once.

The practices, recordings, worksheets and written material are mine and stay mine. You are welcome to use them for yourself. You may not resell them, teach from them, or pass them on.
Everything shared in a session or a group stays there. Abuse or harassment of me or anyone in a group ends your place immediately and without a refund.
I will bring everything I have to the work. I cannot promise a particular outcome, because the result depends on what you bring too. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any specific result.
